You will need to install and complete an initial sync. For more information on how to do the initial set up, click here.
Once you have set up the sync, go to your "Settings" tab in the dropdown on your desktop.
From there, you can click "select subfolders to sync"
Then you can pick and choose which folders you'd like to continue to sync. If a folder is not selected, it will not update as you make changes within your boombox account on the web.
