You can create a folder as an “inbox” for file requests and allow your collaborators to submit files to you against your own storage space!
Any time you create a new folder in your file system, you now have the option to turn that into an “inbox” to accept uploads from others against your storage space. To enhance accessibility, you can convert an inbox folder to a regular folder. This allows collaborators to view files uploaded by others, fostering greater collaboration.
An account is not required to upload files to your inbox. That means you can share your inbox with other Boombox users, or generate a link to share at your discretion. Inbox folders support uploads of specific file types only, including audio, text, and images. Unsupported file types, such as videos, cannot be uploaded.
Uploaders will only be able to access the files they've contributed to your inbox. They will not be able to see files uploaded by others.
Note: This feature is only available for paid plans!
