To change your Boombox subscription, go to the Plans tab of your account settings. The plan that you are on is highlighted and a list of the features is included.

Upgrades:

The plan(s) that you can upgrade to are also displayed on the tab.

You can upgrade from a free plan to a Basic, Pro or Premium plan at any time. You will choose between a monthly or annual term.

You can also upgrade from a Basic plan to a Pro or Premium plan at any time. Billing will prorated based on your current term. ie. for monthly, you will be charged to the remainder of the month and then billed at the new rate starting the next month.

If our plan doesn't suit your needs, let us know by emailing [email protected]o and we can get you set up on the right plan!

Downgrades:

The plan(s) that you can downgrade to are also displayed on the tab.

The downgrade will be processed at the end of your current term. There will be no refunds.

You will have access to the features in your current plan until the end of the current term.
